He attended medical school at Boston University. His internship was at Harvard. He completed his eye surgery training at two of the most respected institutions in the world--- Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia and Bascom Palmer Eye Institute at the University of Miami (ranked #1 in the US). He is fellowship trained in Cornea and Anterior Segment Diseases.
He is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology (ABO). The ABO is the recognized Ophthalmology board by the American Board of Medical Subspecialties.
Dr. Chhabra performs Laser Vision Correction, Corneal Transplants and Cataract Surgery as well treating general ophthalmology patients.
Dr. Chhabra is a native of Tampa and is married.
